Hit The Right Note At Home!
Hi, I’m Josh Thomas, and I like to think of myself as a Mozart for home recording music. After dabbling
with recording music at home for over 20 years (here’s one of my earliest attempts at multitracking), I want to share my two cents with other musicians
through my blog.
Just for the record, I firmly believe that an artist tends to create more organic, personalized and soulful
music, within their comfort zones. So, making music in a place of solace makes a world of difference.
While aiming for studio-quality sound at home was once a distant dream, things have taken a different
pitch now. You don’t need an expensive studio anymore to strike the right chords. Whether you’re
recording at home or unusual spaces, with atypical or bizarre gear, I’m here to help.
